Today was my 9th day doing this routine and my FIRST day without having to pause the video at any point! it gets easier y'all. The plank jacks used to wear me out, then I got through those and the crunches immediately after used to trip me up. then when I was able to breeze through those, the L-leg drops would DESTROY me, etc. I still have some areas to work on, but genuinely when I started this I didn't think I'd ever be able to do it without pausing at some point

First, love, love, love your workouts. Never have I ever found a workout that challenges my core, as I've always been strong there. These are my fav videos to do, and I know that I'll get results if I keep doing these. I did five of your videos in a row yesterday because I was just so excited to burn my abs out more. I found the background music distracting, and I didn't think the explanations were clear enough to do the moves without watching the video and after I saw what you were doing and got into position, you were on to the next move. I appreciate a fast paste workout, but without clear explanations and at least a few seconds transition time I was struggling to keep up or to do the moves correctly.

appreciate the easy excercise at the beginning to really understand how to push my lower back into the ground! I got injured from not doing that when I first started working out and now there are a lot of fun excercises I cant do because of it, so Im glad youre so persistant preaching about it! (also, killer workout. Definitely felt the burn on this one)

DO your routine everyday. Thank you for explaining about keep your back on the floor. I thought that if the lower back was up off the floor it meant a better workout. Not lifting or lowering my legs as high or as low and concentrating on my lower back being flushstill gave me a great work out.

Thanks for this one. Alot of ab exercise videos contain a lot of moves that require lots of balance and cordination. Aside from the strength factor, makes it really hard. So this is easy in terms of balance and coordination but gets the abs burning so thank you!

All ur workout videos are so nice especially when u do a video with a full song, u r an amazing instructor, I had done this abs workout one time, but I could move for the following two days, but I will again do all ur videos, please keep up the good works.

Only drop your legs to the point that you can keep your lower back on the ground. so as your core gets stronger, will you be able to drop your legs further and still keep the lower back on the ground? Or is this ideal posture limited by anatomy instead?

Okay so how easy is keeping your lower back on the ground if you have a bigger butt? I feel like that's my biggest hindrance and every time I suck my. belly button in I feel like I'm gonna hurt my back
