Since quarentine started and, as a ballet teacher, I stopped giving classes and going to the usual gym I started doing your workouts everyday and I really SEE the results! Before this I had episodes of pack pain (due to a small injury doing ballet, knee pain (due to a desalignment of my left knee cap) and with the exercises you do I reinforced my muscles and I can see my six pack! I'm really gratefull to you Maddie! This routine make me feel good and everyday I do the last video you post and this is just part of my life know!

I have been doing Maddies workouts for 5 days a week for about 3 weeks now and the progress is real! I have been alternating between cardio and dance and her strength workouts and it was soo fun and well structured I look forward to doing it everyday! From being unable to complete even a set of weights to doing an entire routine from warm ups to cool downs without taking additional breaks, I really appreciate all that you are doing for us in quarantine, Ive never felt so energised stuck at home! Hi. I've been watching your videos for more than an year now. And I am wondering where you get those outfits. Cause they look really flexible and durable. Do we really need to go for the branded and crazy expensive ones like Reebok, H & M, and all that. Or we can get them from normal clothing stores? I just want to know where and which brands are medium priced and also durable for atleast an year or two for any type of home workout. Could you please suggest us something? I'd really appreciate it.

Love your videos, i always workout to them, its like having a personal trainor but online and free. i would love to see more workouts like tis 20 min with weights, and allso more 15 min dance videos, (those are my faves. ive got so much stronger sense i started working out to your videos, today was the first time i had the same weights as you (or kind of 5 and 3 kilo thats kind of the same) but before i used 1 and 2 kilos, op doing what your doing you are amazing

Could you do a video about common mistakes (body position-wise) that people make while exercising? I've learned a lot about how to properly do exercises in your videos because of the comments you make throughout them but I still feel like I need a break down on more moves. I am a dancer and we often do conditioning, but they don't usually go over proper positioning because they just expect you to know how to do it all.

Today was my last day of your 30 day from last year! The past 30 days Ive been doing that challenge and adding in your new videos as well! This was my first fitness challenge that Ive finished! I normally give up part way through but Im done! I love and appreciate your videos so much

I found you through Jessica Braun and was glad to find different types of workouts, Im getting back into training. I havent been doing it for a long time and I was wondering if with your videos we could have alternate moves for the more advanced exercises. Thanks!

Amazing work out! One of my favourite videos I've done by you: ) The only thing is that I feel like with all full body workouts it's mostly legs, butt and arms and very little abs. So during the 30 second blast I do ab pulses instead! Thanks for the content! :)
