Hai sisy love from India - Tamilnadu. I have thyroid for past 8years and am taking tablets daily. even doctors told me to take tablets life-long. without reason am gaining more weight. most of the time am getting depressed, crying for no reason. Today was the first day in 3 years that I've worked out. Let me tell you when I saw 15 minutes I thought pshh easy and now I cant feel my legs. Thank you I'm hoping to continue this workout for a month! :)

would love to start doing this workout everyday but its a wednesday and i can only start being healthy on monday. better yet i might have to wait till the start of october just to be safe

This was a great lower body workout. It was super gentle and incorporated some balance. I don't have a kettle ball or a band at home and I think it was just as effective.
