A body weight 15 minute leg/butt/thigh workout you can do AT HOME with or without equipment! Michael: about 3 months ago I found your 7 minute plank video, and started doing that. For the last two months, I have been doing a lot of your other workouts, mixing them up daily. I have never felt this energetic or flexible in my life, despite having worked out for years. I lost weight, I'm more toned than ever, and I'm learning exercises and movements I would not have thought I could do. Thanks for all your hard work and inspiration, it's been a huge help and motivation!

Hai sisy love from India - Tamilnadu. I have thyroid for past 8years and am taking tablets daily. even doctors told me to take tablets life-long. without reason am gaining more weight. most of the time am getting depressed, crying for no reason. Is there any particular exercise or yoga to control my thyroid level and to reduce weight?

Girl Ive been doing your workouts for 13 days straight and Im so proud your videos are enjoyable Im now one month postpartum and Ive lost 29 pounds do to changing way of eating and now exercising and being a mom of two amazing your work outs for HOME!

Dear madfit, how would you recommend a teen trying to become a vegan/ eating healthier. And trying to start a habit of working out daily and eating less junk? And please do a livin la vida loca workout vid I think itd be amazing.

Today was the first day in 3 years that I've worked out. Let me tell you when I saw 15 minutes I thought pshh easy and now I cant feel my legs. Thank you I'm hoping to continue this workout for a month! :)

would love to start doing this workout everyday but its a wednesday and i can only start being healthy on monday. better yet i might have to wait till the start of october just to be safe

I love how convenient these workouts are, living in a small studio in the city. I can actually follow a workout with my small living area. Much appreciation for your videos!

This was a great lower body workout. It was super gentle and incorporated some balance. I don't have a kettle ball or a band at home and I think it was just as effective.
