Wow. I used to be in amazing shape and shit happens. now I'm stuck with extra 20 to 30 lbs and I think this will definitely have me in fit form in the time I've given myself thank you for this video. I do feel out of shape haha but I'm sure doing this every day I'll be back in great shape soon. thank you

Thanks Maddie. This is a very good routine. Great if you can post more 30 minutes long routines on full body or lower body. I will look forward to those. I love your intense core and upper body 15 minutes workouts. Way to go, Maddie - I am getting in lot better shape than I was solely because of you.

I so appreciate your workouts! Stumbled into them right as Quarantine began. This one might be my favorite so far. I have been piecing your workouts together and just wondered if you had any hour long ones? Been searching for a HIIT one that 's longer. Thank you for all that you do!

Do squats cause your legs to become bulky? I've heard multiple answers and I don't really know whats true. I really want to slim my legs down and burn fat. I don't want them to become bigger than they are so I hesitate a lot about starting workouts.
