Full Body HIIT NO JUMPING #01 (12 min APARTMENT FRIENDLY FAT BURN) aleja: I love and appreciate all your knee friendly videos and save them to a playlist. Id love it you could make a series of them and include 15 second intervals between each even if youre doing the other leg/other side so that it gives us folks with more limited mobility the chance to adjust accordingly and follow along with you at their own pace. A no jumping/no equipment/ knee or back friendly series would be AWESOME. And not all the video would HAVE to hit on each of those points but Im sure youd have a good chunk of views for that!

I don't usually leave comments but this workout was so good omg. I actually really don't like indoor/small space workouts so I usually try to go out for a run in the morning when there's no one out (my country is pretty stable right now so it's more relaxed here and outdoor workouts are okay) but on days where the weather isn't good or I just can't seem to find it in me to go for a run these workouts have been a godsend!

As I did this video more, I found I've been able to do the plank in the full position, albeit at a slower pace, so yay, progress!
I also modified the last part of the exercise with a pair of 5 LB dumbbells that really upped the ante on keeping the back tight.
Again, thank you for this, I do these apartment friendly videos before I go to work and it reeves up the metabolism for when I fast.

This is the first video i've commented on (I've done a lot of yours in random order) and I LOVE this one because the moves are attainable and easy enough to do, but effective in HIIT. Some other full body workouts I feel like there are some exercises I just can't do (kick-thrus) and this still had me dripping after 12 min! I'll feel it in my abs tomorrow.

Im really happy the rest times on this vid are a tad bit longer (most vids I watch hat are HIIT are 10s rest) and it makes it so on my next rep i dont wimp out or stop. I did these all in full pushing hard for the last set and i didnt feel like i wanted to die but it was still challenging. gonna check out your other vids for sure!

I love this work out! Especially the last move, I've never seen that before and it really fired up my back. The only feedback would be that the rest times are too long and my body cools down a bit too much for my liking, 15-20secs would've been more effective, but that is my own personal opinion! Thank you for making these videos!

Thanks, good length to supplement my morning yoga. I'm glad you leave the timer running during the break as I like to continue the usual 45s on 15s off.
Your videos have been keeping me sane and (relatively) since going to a full-time desk job almost a year ago, so glad to have found you!

Loved this one! I'm always worried about making too much noise on the creaky wooden floors in my apartment. I also loved that I got in some cardio in a short amount of time so I can fit in other workouts! Your videos have really helped me maintain a workout schedule during quarantine.

You know, I actually really like it how we can hear you breathing. I keep thinking Im bad at working out because of how loud I breathe, but it comforts me knowing that you, who is the queen of working out, breathes loudly and heavily too. It makes it seem more real and easy, you know?
