10 min Resistance Band Booty #01 - At Home Workout COD: I have a question someone who is educated in the body with results to prove that or is just educated please answer. I'm aware that my body needs time to rest every other day but my thoughts get to me about things going on in my life when I'm not doing anything (working out) so I really want to do body weight exercises (everyday) and only have my body rest when I sleep since there's no school so probably a good 8 or 12 hours. While eating under 2000-2500 calories of not anything in particular just food like I guess a cheese burger, cooked potato's, fish, grilled cheese ect. and not eating after 8pm to 12pm and only drinking water less than occasionally a cup or half of mix powder lemonade. But back to the point I want to work out my arms & abs everyday with cardio. Can I? I really don't want a day of rest because it's to long I would prefer hours of rest but I know my muscles need time to break down and rebuild but I want to keep working out everyday whats you guys thoughts?

Hi Maddy. I have been watching your videos because I have the sleepy but syndrome. And my approach was choose the video that says booty burn work out obviously. I even went as far as to buy the booty ban which I am afraid its not wide like your so it just ends up rolling up. All this to say is that I have been faithfully for 3 months use your 15 minute booty video. I did see a slight improvement. Slight. IS this all I get for 3 months hard work. I am must be doing something wrong. HELP!

Love all of your workouts Maddie! I wondered if you considered doing some workouts without music and just your instruction so we can add our own? I think I have heard the doubts song like 500 times at this point lol! Your cues are super helpful but I would love to add my own tunes if possible. again thank you so much for all of your hard work! And, I realize most people probably love having the music so I get it if I am being unreasonable: )

hey, what's your daily/weekly workout routine? how many of your workout videos would you typically do at once? and do you often focus on the same areas at once? i usually do 3 of your workout videos back to back usually lower body, then core then upper body but i don't know if each day i should focus on specifics, like do all lower body one day, then all core then all upper body? xox

Good exersize. Hmm how do I spell that? Good workout and I live ypur presentation.
I have a question. My wife has problems with her patellas. If she goes too deep she gets pain and a swollen knee sometimes.
It would be nice if you could do a workout for people with this problem. Butt and legs for her as a mother of two and for me. well i could need some workout to.

Hey Madfit, I was hoping you could offer some insight and help in purchasing resistance bands? I'm lost lol. What brands, how long should they be for bootie and leg activating workouts etc. My fitness level is moderately fit, I use dumbells and ankle weights regularly and want to up the resistance dramatically.

Absolutely loved this workout! Question- how do I keep my torso/neck flat when doing the frog leg raise? (I knew I wasn't doing that part correctly so just did more kickbacks and didn't want to injure) I couldn't seem to get my butt to bend that way

Where did you get your resistance band? Love your videos! Would you ever consider compiling a playlist of videos to do during this quarantine? i. e 2 week challenge, or something along those lines?
