Finally someone that explains how to actually engage your abs. Like I already knew how to but I havent seen any other YouTuber that does workouts explain how to engage their abs like you did. Its very helpful to anyone who is just starting and it wouldve been very helpful for me a long time ago.

I am sending this to my bff because these exercises definitely tore up (in a good way) my lower ab zone in the first try which is what I wanted! I did these also with ankle weights on. My abs are screaming for mercy, lol. Im doing this everyday now

Sometimes the transition seems off or too fast that I always end up pausing it and rewinding the video bc the demo is short but the combination moves are complicated. Plus I always feel like Im doing it wrong, idk if its just me; (

This video was soooo helpful! The instructions you gave in the beginning on how to hold your abs properly made so much sense! It took the pain off my lower back. I naturally have a pretty curved arch so I always dread abs! Thank you!

This is really what I nedd to work on. My riding teacher keeps told me to start working on my posture so I can relax my hips. Doing this workout burns almost as much on my hips as it does on my abs. I guess that improvement

Hi thank you so so very much for your work outs, i love the fact i can pick short sharp sections. I am trying very hard but not enough cardio to shift the wobbly bits but thank you so enjoy your method of teaching.

I love toning up but often I stray away from working my abs (regretfully) because I tend to feel strain or even pain in my back. but maybe that's just muscle burn. Do you think I should be feeling it in my back?
