Anyone can answer this.
Is this a good plan to start my fitness journey?
- lose 20 pounds doing no exercise, eating 1200 to 1400 calories a day (Im 4 ft 11 so its not too low for me)
-then, gradually increase to 1500 to 1600 and begin weightlifting.
I want to lose fat & muscle, then build lean muscle after. Ive seen that is DOES make a difference when someone doesnt cut before trying to make gains, I dont want that fluffiness.

Hey Maddie! I just had a question about which parts of your body to workout each day? What I mean is like Day 1: Abs and arms, Day 2: Legs and booty, Day 3: HIIT. Do you think there's a good schedule we can keep in mind for say a week's time? SO far I've been alternating between like booty and legs and then and arm/ upper body workout! Wanted to know your thoughts! Love your workouts so much, thanks for all you do! :)

Can we take a second to appreciate how amazing Maddie is being during this crazy time? The effort she's putting into creating content is insane - literally daily (sometimes multiple in a day) uploads, whenever I go on Youtube there's something new and unique and totally high quality from her. You're amazing! Thank you for making this a better time for us all xxx

Tip: if you are like me and you need a little bit of a longer break and cant do the things shes doing as fast as she is, put the speed on 0. 75 speed. Thats what I did and it still give me the full work out for just a little bit more time to breathe in between!

Loved this! Loved the usage of the weights, definitely got me sweating. Would love to see what gym routine is like, once the gym opens back up! Gyms in Sydney are opening up this weekend, and I've completely forgotten what to do in the open gym.

Just did this one. I'm surprised I only burned 90 calories and my HR only got up to 184 max on this one. All other HIIT 15 min I'm burning 180-200 calories with a max HR of 195. Still really enjoyed this one tho. Thanks Madz!

Loving your workouts, busy mum can always find 15/20 mins though! If I do a 15min video EVERYDAY how long before I notice a difference. I started with the booty workouts about 2 weeks again & there's a noticeable difference there
