A 15 minute, intense, equipment free upper body workout that you can do at home! For arms, chest, back, and shoulders! Kempt: Hi maddie, i've started doing your workouts for the first time during the stay-home order. I love how accessible you made it for us! I usually do a couple a day and they make me feel great afterward. I particularly like your arm workouts as this is an area i have a hard time toning without bulking up too much. I like to do them with these weighted wrap/gloves which especially help when you have us do tricep dips on the ground as they add a platform for my short arms so i can keep my butt off the floor. With this latest arm workout i could do everything except the reverse wrist arm pushup on the bench. Any tips for getting my wrist to let me down in that direction? Maybe a certain muscle isn't developed enough yet? -one of your numerous greatest fans!

hi I am currently on my weight loss journey and I was told that strength training really helps, will this workout help me gain muscle while im loosing weight because I dont just want to be skinner but I want to be stronger. so my questions are
1. will this workout help me get arms like yours or even remotely close in time ahah
2. are bodyweight workouts just as effective as ones with added weights
3. which workouts of yours will help me get more toned and lean because I dont want to be skinny I want to have muscle and power because I am a d1 volleyball player I dont want to loose the power I already have.
im sorry this is a lot im just really struggling with my body and need help.

Love this workout but the math appears to be off for the intro/altro 4 minute sets. Each one is counting down from 30 seconds with no pause in between: right windmill = 30 sec, left windmill = 30 sec, forward press = 30 sec, backward press = 30 sec, upward press= 30 sec and downward press = 30 sec; 30 seconds x 6 = 180 seconds, now divide that by 60 second (to get number of minutes) = 3 minutes. Again, LOVE THIS WORKOUT, so much so, its in my weekly routine but every time I do it, the miscount mentally throws me off. COVID Self-isolation has me tripping out!

It was near impossible, but the last TWO minutes, I kept my arms up at the end; but I have to admit, the first round, I dropped them twice for a little, quick breather (down and back up, BOOM and BOOM. So challenging, the music, motivating and I LOVE that, just like me, MadFit, you dance to distract yourself from the burning! Excellent workout, I'm showing my husband tonight after work hours. Perfect to get those arms in shape for surf season! (Hoping we get to this year)

Barrrellly kept my arms up. Love these short, intense workouts! Just found you and I've been doing 1-2 a day all week. Great for a quick burn while my kid is in the highchair or watching a cartoon. Makes it to where I don't have to put my workout off til after he goes to sleep. AKA I actually do it! thank youuuuu

1st try: dropped the arms.
2nd try: dropped the arms.
3rd try: dropped the arms ten seconds to the end! next try should be successful
4th try: didnt drop them during the first 4 minutes! But I did during the last four.
Will keep trying until I manage to not drop them

Its the first time Ive done it and I definitely dropped my arms a couple of times. however, I really loved this workout. I think its the perfect challenge for me, a beginner with no upper body strength, so I will continue doing it, until I can go through it without dropping my arms

Hey, so I don't know if this request is something that can be done or is possible but is there a way to do an upper body workout that is a lower impact on the wrists? I have an injury in my wrist and the pressure really hurts it. I love all of your workouts I do them every day

The first time I tried this I could barely keep my arms up for 1 minute but this is my 3rd time and I managed to not drop them the whole time! I couldn't even believe it myself. Just focus on breathing and embracing the pain, and you'll get through it!
