Been trying to exercise everyday but due to work or because I don't feel like it sometimes I think 'oh I'll do it later' and never do. This workout is great for getting out of bed and it motivates me to get up and do some exercise earlier in the day so I can focus on other things and feel great afterwards. Love this workout and your other vids: )

I used this as a warmup to motivate myself to actually put on my workout clothes! Worked really well! My only issue is I struggle with the oblique crunches. I have a hard time holding myself up and I cant always feel the burn in my oblique, Ill feel it in my hip thats facing the floor which I think its cause Im straining to balance. Any tips?

I've done this video everyday since you posted it, I love it as a warm up or as a lazy sunday workout when you're not in the mood to do a crazy super intense workout, like today! Please do more videos like this one: D

With few moves added to warm up upper body, this can be a good warm-up. I would suggest it for the low impact HIIT workouts, instead of the warm-up with all the jumping, that's linked below all of them.

this workout really was the perfect start to my morning! love the mix between yoga-esque stretching and muscle warming moves! feel super energized but not sweaty so I can still go about my day: )

Thank you for this! I like to work out in the morning, and I don't like to take up the extra time to go to the gym. Plus I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, so jumping is an issue.

I can see myself adding this to those lazy mornings when I know I need a quick workout! I appreciate your focus on breath because I tend to always forget to breathe
