Hello can you make a 2 week shred. i know it requires alot of work, but it would be greatly appriciated. This quartine i lost a lot of muscle and really just need a plan. The chloe ting one is ok but is too easy. Thank you, for listening.

Great workout as always! I personally like the old camera angle since I can see your form and angles better (also looks more professional, but this camera angle feels a bit more personal which is great in other ways!

Only TRUE MadFit fans do these kinds of workouts as well, and not only the dance workouts

We love Maddie and do her workouts everyday in our house! But we prefer the old style of video, this one is a bit dizzying and harder to follow.

This was very nice and intense, but not too fast. I was proud of myself because my abs are truly stronger and I can keep up longer and better than before.
