I used to do your videos and would get half way through and then just start crying because I couldn t do it. But now that I ve been working out at least every other day I just completed this work out without pausing, modifying or crying. So thank you! Yay!

Hey everyone. I need a help. i have been working out since a month and a half and followed Maddie's January calendar as well. but my knees have started paining from last two three days. can anyone suggest me what to do?

Wow, by the second round, this workout had me sweating like crazy. I love how it's not overly intense or long, yet still tests your endurance and stamina. Nice job Maddie!
