Seriously one of my favorites you ve ever done now WOW.
Also for people with no upper body strength. I did 5 lbs and 10 lbs and these still killed me.

i ve been trying to work on my upper body lately because as a runner i always put it off hahaha but i m so excited to try this one soon!

Too long rests for me 30 sec rests are perfect. With 1 minute my heart rate goes down a lot in between, and I want to keep it up!
