Yoo Matt. Today I did squats for the first time. Only things that held me back from going heavier is the pain in my shoulder (can't pull my shoulder back so far to hold the bar I think) I even tried a wider grip but it didn't really work. Also my traps hurt a bit because of the bar laying on my traps, but I think this will go away when I squat more frequently right? Any tips for me? Thanks

Your rocky beach troubles me. It's kind of a beach, but there is no sand, so is it really a beach? I feel like I'm being catfished by your beach. It's telling me it's a beach with the waves and sea birds and such, but it's not really a beach is it? Okay, i just looked up beach. It can be a pebbly or sandy shore, so technically it is a beach, but I still feel troubled by it.

I saw a similar thing on plenty of fish with Lex Griffin, knowing who Lex was I went on to question this guy, just general questions. who proceeded to pretend he was actually Lex It's messed up I called him out after a while and the guy just vanished. Some right weirdos out there

You can search google for images of yourself to see where they poke around. Or just watermark your photos in future. There is also a way to lock right click on photos its not foolproof but puts off those who cant figure it out.

I had it done to me I was on tinder baboo and a fish app I called the police that ended up tracking the ip Address. It turned out my x wife made the accounts because she want to split me and my other half up.
