Why dont go for powerbuilding, much better(6-8 reps 3-4 sets as much kg as possible for clean 6-8 reps, next time more weight. its so goos type of training. ps dont wear these panties or i dont know what their name is: D

You are hilarious man. It just seems like it comes natural to you. I legit think you should go into comedy. You would be perfect. In the Q and A video you made those ridiculous questions hilarious. I just think you have that raw talent, and of course you absolutely kill it in the gym. You can be a Bodybuilder and Comedian.

Should have gone into the range. #anecdote Didnt get Guylian Temptations even though I wanted them for Christmas and hadn't been into the Range this Xmas Season. Went in on Boxing Day just to use the toilet and guess what? One bag left. Ahh well cut starts Monday I guess for everyone except me.

I'm planning to stop tracking macros while starting a bulk next year. But I started fitness as a fat kid and tracking has become almost second natureAny advice transitioning out of tracking to more inturitive eating like you?

It honestly doesnt look like you take joy of doing bodybuilding. It might just be u being exhausted and Almost dieing from the reps, but hopefully u aint going too stick too bodybuilding 4ever, keep going tho

It doesn't matter how clean I eat or how much exercise I do I just can't lose weight. I'm 9stone 7Ib, 54 and eat 1400 cals a day I don't do weights tho.
