Nice one. I guess we can accept you not making a Christmas Day video now? Already had Roses so we've got Quality Streets which I think I prefer to be honest. If the Golden Barrels are your favourite then that basically explains why you like Roses more where as I prefer the chewy/hard centred ones more prevalent in QS. Have a good one Matt. I know I will. Its crazy the crap you eat but your shredded. I eat ok with the odd bit of crap and I just stay the same. My energy output has gone up and Im starting to feel weak and tired but if i eat more Ill gain weight but not good weight. Not sure how to get lean other than eat rabbit food but then Ill feel crap and struggle at work.

Hey Matt, when youre cutting, do you feel like you have to pay attention to the macro nutrient breakdown, like eating less carbs? Or are you simply just focusing on pure calorie intake? Does it make a difference?

Ate Twirls today. thought it was going to be like Twix but it's chocolate straight through. Can't go wrong with pure Cadbury chocolate. Came through Royal Mail. Never received royal mail before: )
