Get the Merach Pro-Grade R7 Home Rower The sad reality is that most men over 40 will never achieve visible abs. Not because they’re too old or because their metabolism is shot And definitely not because your body suddenly flipped some switch that makes belly fat impossible to lose. In reality, it’s because they’re focusing on the wrong things. They think getting abs means doing more crunches, endless cardio, or cutting out carbs. But the truth is, getting visible abs is actually much simpler than that. It comes down to lowering your body fat while preserving the muscle underneathand doing that long enough for your abs to finally show. The good news is, there’s a very simple process that makes that happen. In fact, I use a three-step system that’s practically guaranteed to get you there if you follow it consistently. And that’s exactly what I go over in this video. Pre-Order Your Copy of Muscle After 40 Today! All you need is TRT: Test, Reta, Tren ok ok, in all seriousness. get your diet in check, dial in your exercise program, get your hormones right, proper supplementation, etc, - basically everything you SHOULD have been doing all your life anyway. It's a journey, not a sprint. I'll be 57 this year and I am lean & mean at 205 pounds with abs. I feel like I'm 30 again.

Good video. I’m at that stalled point. Lean at 17%, but just can’t get rid of that last layer on the abs. Train 3 times per week. Mix in walking and Zone 2 cardio. Can’t keep dropping calories though, as I lose muscle and fat.

Working in healthcare, I see a lot of confusion around basic health. That’s why I often mention The Real Healing They Hide by Alexander Marks this book really makes it easier to understand.

41 and Mma/bjj keeps me ripped aside from my gym sessions. Also try to stay away from processed food and eat simple ingredients. Protein carbs and fats in that order

Early 40s here, have visible 6 pack at just over 6’, 195lbs.
Just need to cut a bit more fat before summer for them to be really nice.

I'm 250 lb and yes I'm not a chiseled athlete build but I'm only at like 27% body fat. You're telling me my maintenance calories are 4, 000!
