Definitely figured that out with Bulgarian squats with at home workouts. They can be brutal.
Started some of the follow along workouts at home, now in the garage. But doesn't mean it's any easier when training properly.

A really good video. I'm old, and my knees suck; was looking for ideas to strengthen my legs, and this fit the bill. I work out alone, and am limited in the weight I can load. I like your references.

I love your emphasis on unilateral work! I've been training my full body with only dumbbells for a while now and single limb movements are my top tip for anyone working out with limited equipment!

1: 45 I learned from watching Tom Platz to keep my head up and my back less bent over to make the squat more effective. It really helped move the focus to my quads.

I doubt that this guy built his huge legs using only dumbbells.
It would be more interesting to see someone really have used this method)

What about muscle imbalances with the single legged movements. I-m asking because I am suffering from muscle imbalances because of single legged movements
