-The bench it-s really easy to assemble, it-s comfortable and I love the multiple angles you can set the back rest. The only bad thing about the bench it-s the legs they are not wide enough which sometimes feels like you-re about to fall on the side. Other than that it-s a good quality bench. Can be easily improved. Probably I-ll add 3 or 6 inches to legs to improve the falling on --bestgym. equipment-- the side problem. -

I agree with alot of what was said. But the wrist thing. I popped ligaments in my wrist doing what you say in the videos and switched and havent had any issue since. The arch thing I agree with and disagree with. For preventing injury I can see that. But for powerlifting and cutting down bar path. It has a risk reward.

i injured my left shoulder about 3yrs ago. and i tried doing bench my shoulder just couldn't take it after that i feel great discomfort. so rn i'm just doing smith and db. I also read somewhere that bench barbell longterm is not good for your shoulder joints.

I-m 58 and my pain is mainly in the right elbow and some in hand and lesser in the front head of shoulder I was ok for a year then I started dipping on a dip rack and the pain crept up on me in a few months -

Honestly most people really struggle with the form of these! I would say if that's you, practice with the dumbbell bench press! Definitely a great way to get the form in check.
