ain't that the truth to many people think they can just jump from being small and skinny to being huge and built it takes alot of time you have to fall in love with the journey too truly achieve and appreciate the results; i'm by no means a beast now but 2 1/2 years ago i was 140 pounds and below average strength for your average lazy male now i'm 210 - 215 and in pretty decent shape

My program is a little unorthodox, but it has been working wonders. I basically mix up my workouts (of course I always keep the big 4; bench, dl, squat, ohp) as much as possible so each day at the gym is unique for the most part. The key element to this is to always strive for progressive overload and to stay consistent. Of course get proper rest and nutrition as well

. unfortunately, we live in an era where people want everything fast and good such as drive -thru (dinner, online segments (educations, steroids(fitness, etc. However, people always look away from the truth and never glance at the price tag! Yea, you can use steroids and look like Vin Diesel in 2 months but it comes with a price; a dangerous health cost!

good video. I know you kind of mentioned it in previous videos, but maybe a separate fully devoted video would be better on how to evaluate if a specific exercise works out for your body or how a person can evaluate if it is the right exercise. there are always exercises that work better for each individual. Thanks again for your good videos

Hi Alain, thanks for all your vids, they're always helpful. I've been kinda stuck over the last year (training constantly) and I realized I'm not getting stronger anymore. I'm 178cm and 63kg and I'm starting to worry I've reached my natural limit. Which would suck cause i'm still skinny af.

Awesome video, and I completely agree, but there's one question: do you think that, in the long term (2-3 years) a natural guy who train a muscle grup one time a week with consistency will achieve the same results as a natural who uses hi frequency training with the same consistency? Thanks!

kinda bugs me, some people I know that don't workout think that people that do workout should look like guys in the magazines or whatever, like my friend who doesn't workout asked why I don't look like a wrestler lol since I workout.
