Real Talk: Why Most Guys Will Never Get Big and Strong sport: You are one of the most honest guys online telling the truth about bodybuilding or weight lifting. I haven't read all comments but i saw Ruffus Prime is right too. People cannot rush to get quick results in this field. Luckily people can search online to find many different ways to exercise and do them correctly, then set up your own schedules to work out and stick to that schedules. In time they will see results. For instance, I always start working out on Monday, it's legs' day. Tuesday i do chest. Wed i do shoulders. Thu i do arms. Fri, Sat, and Sun are for eating, resting. By doing this i don't have to spend too much time in the gym. Some of my friends need to rest only 2 days and they start the schedules again. I try to listen to my body: if i rest 2 days only and start the schedules again, the legs, and if i can squat the same like last time or a little heavier then i know i have had good enough rest. If i cannot squat the same like last time, that means i haven't had enough rest. All my friends and I really like this schedules and we've been sticking to them for over a year and we all could see that we've gained weights and lots of muscles. If anyone got a program to work out and it didn't seem to work, you can try to do like us. Please remember don't try to over-do any set or any weight. For every exercise, 1st set is the warm-up set, 60% weights of what you normally do, 15 to 20 reps. Then 3 regular sets of what you can do form 8 to 12 reps each set. If you can do up to 12 reps per set, try to add a little more weights. Also try not to do too heavy(add too much weights that you can only do less than 4 reps) because this is too risky that you will hurt yourself or your body part. Please tell me what you think? Thanks for reading.

ain't that the truth to many people think they can just jump from being small and skinny to being huge and built it takes alot of time you have to fall in love with the journey too truly achieve and appreciate the results; i'm by no means a beast now but 2 1/2 years ago i was 140 pounds and below average strength for your average lazy male now i'm 210 - 215 and in pretty decent shape

My program is a little unorthodox, but it has been working wonders. I basically mix up my workouts (of course I always keep the big 4; bench, dl, squat, ohp) as much as possible so each day at the gym is unique for the most part. The key element to this is to always strive for progressive overload and to stay consistent. Of course get proper rest and nutrition as well

. unfortunately, we live in an era where people want everything fast and good such as drive -thru (dinner, online segments (educations, steroids(fitness, etc. However, people always look away from the truth and never glance at the price tag! Yea, you can use steroids and look like Vin Diesel in 2 months but it comes with a price; a dangerous health cost!

good video. I know you kind of mentioned it in previous videos, but maybe a separate fully devoted video would be better on how to evaluate if a specific exercise works out for your body or how a person can evaluate if it is the right exercise. there are always exercises that work better for each individual. Thanks again for your good videos

Hi Alain, thanks for all your vids, they're always helpful. I've been kinda stuck over the last year (training constantly) and I realized I'm not getting stronger anymore. I'm 178cm and 63kg and I'm starting to worry I've reached my natural limit. Which would suck cause i'm still skinny af.

Awesome video, and I completely agree, but there's one question: do you think that, in the long term (2-3 years) a natural guy who train a muscle grup one time a week with consistency will achieve the same results as a natural who uses hi frequency training with the same consistency? Thanks!

hey dude, I'm in confusion that is slow workout is effective or medium speed? Because I have been doing more pounds for 1 months and one day I have done exactly that exercise at low weight and slowly that affects me very much. !
that was hand curl exercise what should I do?

kinda bugs me, some people I know that don't workout think that people that do workout should look like guys in the magazines or whatever, like my friend who doesn't workout asked why I don't look like a wrestler lol since I workout.
