The Mindset That Is Killing Your Fitness Progress
Edmond: my back is killing my fitness progress. my mistake was doing deadlifts: / although my injury was strange. I NEVER had a problem was doing them for yrs SLOWLY increasing the weight. then one day i did a random leg workout with some other guy at the gymn. We did those walking squats across the gymn. Everything felt fine. The next day i did deadlifts among other things. Again everything felt fine. I went home went to bed. When i woke up. couldnt walk. Since that time my back had been on again off again. I recently hurt it again. WITHOUT doing anything strange. No heavy weight, no nothing. Same weight i had been doing for 9 months not to mention WELL under my peak of just a few yrs back. Been out the gymn sine jaunary. smh Date: 2022-04-12
