If you want to build muscle and strength without breaking the bank in the process, then you're going to want to watch this video from start to end. This video will have all the cost-saving bulking tips that highly experienced bodybuilders have been using for decades. Believe it or not, most bodybuilders are not highly paid professional athletes and don't have an unlimited income to throw towards their training, nutrition, and supplements. So the goal to maximize gains on a budget is widespread in the bodybuilding space. Most guys who begin their bodybuilding journey have a ton of enthusiasm and overlook practicalities. For example, one of the things whoever is doing the grocery shopping in the house quickly finds out is that the fridge gets emptier faster, and the food bills skyrocket. At this point, there are two choices. One is to rethink your bulking aspirations and find a different hobby, or two is to find more affordable ways to consume enough nutritious food to make those gains. So let's get into food choices and strategies to accomplish the latter

Great points! My current meal plan consists of eggs, grilled chicken boobs, asparagus, oats, Justin's vanilla almond butter, basmati rice, and cream of rice. Gaspari Proven Egg protein powder and a pre-workout are the only two supplements I use. I eat six meals a day at $1. 75-$2. 50 a piece. At $2. 50 x 42 meals a week that's $105 weekly on average. I love eating what I cook and yes I have brought a meal container into a restaurant to eat my food over theirs.

Is it detrimental to go over your RD protein intake while still being on a deficit?
Example; my daily maintenance calories are somewhere around 2400 so I try to stay on it or under, today-s intake will be around 1970 calories with 201g protein. Will this make me gain weight due to the abundance of protein or will I lose weight since I-m at a deficit from my maintenance. My goal at the moment is to main-gain.

A case of egg whites from Costco, best bang for your buck if you have a super tight budget and hate cooking and don't care about flavor, the same amount of protein as a couple chicken breasts and is easy to store and prepare.

Asking this here only because this is the latest upload:
Should I be doing pyramid, reverse pyramid or straight sets for the 3 day split workout routine? Or any routine? I never see this mentioned on any workout video.

On the ground meat side of things, ground venison is amazing. If you're a deer hunter, it costs very little to process it at a packing place and can get a ton of lean ground meat. I've been doing it for years.

It seems that the only studies that say eggs don't have a negative impact on human health are the ones funded by the egg industry.

This video is spot on. Eating out, it is hard to know or track the calorie intake. Cooking is cool but the clean up blows.
