Great Video, here are some of my tips to break plateaus maybe it will help someone
-Get your traning volume to 15-20 sets per week/per muscle, 18 is what i do
-Make sure you eat enough calories, dont get fat btw, if you are gaining too much weight lower the calories
-Don't do exercises that you can't use progressive overload on, for example if you can't progress on normal bench then do smith machine bench, or if you can't progress on skullcrushers then do overhead tricep extensions, just find an exercise to progress on
-Use Pre Workouts, Creatine

Bro tbh talking and showing the study-s you get your info from in your vedio s is not the best.
It makes it boring and as though your trying to prove you know what your talking about when in fact I and others would believe whatever you say because you seem really credible as it is.
No need to prove that your knowledge is baked up by a bunch of papers. Just trying to help!

Most important thing you need to know as a weightlifter is if he wants increase muscle mass the easiest way is to stop eating the cards which cause insulin spikes which inhibit the use of HGH
