I used 1 liter bottles it-s a TOTAL BACK Workout - using water bottles, wine bottles, packs of rice. or whatever you have at home! This was the most requested workout eveeeer! I know it-s super hard to train your back muscles at home, if you don-t have any equipment. But if we get a little creative. we CAN make it work! Training your back is super duper important, because everything in our body should be balanced: ) people often suffer from back pain when sitting all day long, rounding the back when looking at our phone, etc. - so it-s definitely time to strengthen this part of our body & show it some love (and a beautiful burn haha. The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I-m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need a break - TAKE IT! Don't worry too much about that. I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. - you can find WORKOUT PLANS with those videos on my Instagram Channel. 30min, 45min and Beginner Friendly combinations. This workout helped me so much you got no idea. In the midst of the first major lockdown (summer 2020) my neck hurt so bad that I needed to see a doc. He prescribed me meds that were painful (muscle meds aren't fun yo) and it never really got rid of. The exercises he gave me made me feel numb and tingly. After that ordeal I just assumed I need to strengthen my back/neck. A friend recommended Pamela and after a couple of days doing especially the weighted parts my pain was gone. And hasn't returned yet! I sometimes come back to remember one or the other part but I basically want to thank you!

Another great video. I only started using trx a year ago. Watched alot of videos and followed instructions but your technique is by far the best. The slow negatives and squeezing are really good. Have u any pointers on a slightly sore, what u think is a rotator cuff injury? I've never really warned up before but I've started since watching your videos

LETS GET THIS BREAD
I have terrible back pains and hope to get some relief by building up my back muscles. I like that you can challenge yourself with this workout by picking up heavy weights or do it without them when you're tierd.

Week 1 - Day 3 (30 Min Plan):
Did this workout with 2kg each. It worked great except for the fact, that I didn't have any energy left in my arms to hold that plank with one arm moving around. Did normal planks instead: D

Day 1: couldn-t do the plank and lifts properly, feel the burn in my lower back and arms, at first I thought it was an easy workout, in the end it appeared it-s not-. It feels nice however, I feel fresh and ready for whatever the day has for me

I loooove Pam's workouts! I don't do back and shoulders very often and when I do, I'm usually dreading every second of it.
This was somehow enjoyable even though it was hard and I can't wait to come back to this video!

hello all, I have a back line however it seems to stop a little above my belly button (where my hips begin. How can I get the line to go all the way down? Please help it is my biggest insecurity and I am willing to work for it!

I remember I used to do this workout, and I was literally dying. After a few months of getting stronger, I-m proud to say it was so much easier doing the workout! Believe in yourself y-all, you can do this! :)

Any tips for an isolated home excercise that will enable me to do a pullup? Its the start i struggle with, backmuscles just dont answer my call (arms do, lateron)

This is a great workout, but that last song is the worst song I've ever heard. Who else mutes/skips the last couple exercises just to avoid that song?
