this video is perfect as a cool down after your workout my main use: sore & tight muscles from working out haha We stretch our entire body! - legs: quads, hamstrings, calves & butt - hips - tummy - back & chest - spine Since I stretch so much in the meantime, I gotta keep uploading new videos: D otherwise I would get bored by doing my same ones over & over again. PS: I hope you like the music and scenery here: ) I am on a photo production right now for one of my new fashion collections & my next cookbook. Tip: After workout or any stretching exercise (on ground, always turn your body either on left or right and then stand up with the help of your arms. This will not put any harmful affect on your spine-.
this was instructed by my yoga teacher as it is not good for our body to stand that way pam does in all her videos.
ps- i'm a big fan of her workouts and do them daily as part of my routine.

I loved this routine but my only suggestion is that you keep a 5 second interval between each stretch so we have time to change positions. Since this is not a workout, It won't affect anything either (right. I don't like stretching one part of my body less and the other more, so I hope you take it into consideration next time

Day 311221-I still needed some stretch for my last day of the year -
Day 010522-Every last workout day for the week needed a pam stretch! -

1st day of stretching lol I on my day one of wondering out which was Monday I didn't warm up or stretch so I feel so much better today lol - 3/16/2022 4: 32 after workout stretch
