This mid intensity routine will (kind of) make you feel like visiting a Festival or Dance Party Not as -embarrassing- as my other dance workouts - I promise! High potential to become one of my new favorite forms of Cardio. It-s a mix out of classic Aerobic Steps & lots of Boxing Movements. Not sure if those 2 topics are MEANT to go together - but I think it fits amazingly! I had to test the routine so many times but I am reallyyyyy happy about the result: ) hope you like it as well! - Mid Intensity - no burpees, no jumps - no noise, no upset neighbors - no up & down - Just stepping our feet for 15min straight & I-m sure you will end up sweating. Apart form the good mood & I can also guarantee a serious number of burned calories here. - I burned 80kcal in those 15min. You are so awesome. I discovered this about a month or so ago I've been doing this set. I'm 56 I feel great. I can finally finish the beginner AB Workout. Looking forward to the next level I also do some push ups, chin ups, curls, bench etc, Thanks, Pam.

This is something new that I tried today. Thank you Pamela. 6 months ago, it was hard for me to complete your exercise without breaks. But I can do it so much better now. I have not seen much changes in me ( I have not been consistent due to work and classes) but I have definitely become stronger physically. My stamina has improved so much. Thank you -

Love your videos!
Any thoughts about adding 5 minute increments to your workouts? I have found that I am ready to try more time in your workouts just not really ready to change to a more difficult routine yet. I have to start the video over which is getting a little boring.

We've done like 210 Squats and 02: 30 min quick feets in this workout: D

Just what I needed to get back into exercizing without dreading it! Even though I had to go at a slower pace haha!

Nice view, I can leave even homeless in this area, do some fishing, plant some weed, hmmm. that's the plan.
