The form on the last one doesn't look good in all honesty, that actually looks like you're shifting the weight onto your shoulders - when you look carefully there is not much of an extension of the elbow (if using as an axel point) and it almost turns into a shoulder exercise.
I really liked 99% of your videos but this one falls a little short, the 2nd exercise is almost exactly like a PJR Pullover. I'd recommend Rob Riches for a decent triceps workout

Ok. As a 'natty I'd focus on the compound tricep exercises (e. g. dips, cross bench dips, close grip bench, diamond push ups, etc) that build mass that is so hard to get as a 'natty. Drop the single arm rope pulldowns and other silly stuff like kickbacks, etc. - junk volume that has low value to a natty trainer.

Can you do a video for hamstrings for people who have really tight hamstrings, or even lower back issues that don't allow for RDL or Good Mornings to be done correctly (or effectively)

Ryan you have covered just about everything man! How about exercises to overload the lateral head of the triceps? Or upper chest for people whose shoulders take over? I feel incline db bench more in my shoulders than chest. Hard to get that m/m connection

Would you reccomend different movements for taller guys than shorter guys? Maybe different range of motion? It seems like the shorter you are the bigger you look, meanwhile guys with long arms actually are bigger in some cases but still look smaller.

Hey Ryan, I'm currently having some issues with my ulnar nerve at both my elbows during working out, feels like electric shocks going through my arms down to my little fingers. Do you have any tips on how to deal with this besides resting?

When you're doing the rope extensions I've always read to keep your elbows locked at your sides other wise your shoulders get involved. Is there a reason you move your elbows like in the video? Thank you for all the great content!

My elbows hurt after your second exercise. Ive been going that exercise for a long time with different variations, great pump, but im afraid to continue due to that elbow pain. How can I reduce elbows involvement?

Ryan can you do a meal prep video? Maybe talk about how many calories you eat daily, what you have in the mornings, lunch and also your height and weight and how much Protein, carbs and fat you need daily. Cheers
