How To Build A BIG CHEST (This Changes Everything)

Ready to start building a bigger chest? Let's get it! Over the years of training people I would say chest is one the hardest muscles for people to develop a connection with. There are so many secondary muscles involved with every chest exercise that it really takes slowing things down to really understand what your body is doing and then decide what you need to fix. Not only that it will allow you to instantly get a better connection and understand how to properly contract your chest instead of just move weight

Dude, I just discovered your videos through a work colleague. I'm turning 50 this year, I've had more layoffs and comebacks to training than I can remember! But your stuff makes a lot of sense to me, especially now as I have been a terrible culprit of ego lifting in the past and f--King up my joints. Loving your theories on slowing and lowering the weight. Also the deadpan humour. I love you man ----------

What i've noticed is that lowering the weight helped with the mmc.
I can bench 225 for 5.
With 180 i can do a typical set of 10-12.
But one day i experimented and the best weight when i felt the chest working was 90 pounds. Could've upped it a bit but it felt best at that weight. Good pump too.
Comes to show how much the chest is involved in the press compared to triceps.

Love your videos. Do me a solid though and don't use phrases on your titles like -This Changes Everything! -. it reminds me of clickbait things like -see this dog seeing it's owner for the first time in 6 years. this changes EVERYTHING! I. Am. Shook. This video is life. - etcetera, etcetera. irregardless, which still isn't a word. you have my new favorite set of videos. good job!

Someone help me out, so I've been working out for a long time now about 4 years but I feel that even though I think I'm doing enough excersices per session for example if it's chest/tris day i'll do 4 or so exercises each, is that enough? should I do more? I do 3 sets with each as well but sometimes 4

Just wanted to let you know that your tips have crushed the plateau I had experienced for almost 5 months. The best part is that I wake up after a sick workout session the day before and I don't want to move but keep doing what you're doing and know it is appreciated!

-Okay guys I want you to try an entire day where you apply this principle to every movement-
-slooooooooowly grasps spoon- -sloooooooooowly raises spoonful of oatmeal to mouth- -This is gonna be a long day. But I trust Ryan, it's gonna be worth it-

Just restarted lifting at the first of the year, and using some of the techniques you shown that I never seen before, wow, I've dropped 8 lbs and already achieving the form I've missed seeing for 20 years, thanks, your videos have been most helpful.

Hi Ryan, could you please make a check list video on:
How to build Chest AVOIDING anterior delts.
You have talked about the above in a number of videos, but would be great to get a focused video on it.
Thx. Keep up the great work.

Hello Ryan, would be possible for you to either comment or post a video regarding how do you manage to keep cortisol levels down? It would seem to me that in light of the intensity of your workouts, your cortisol level must be very high. Thanks.

Amazing advice, goes back to listening to Kai Greene and how he isolates each movement.
My question is, is there any place for cycling both slow controlled movements with one week followed by maximal effort with more explosive contraction?
