Want to grow bigger/thicker/wider biceps? It comes down to training your arms differently, spending a little less time on your biceps and focusing on your brachialis. It's the muscle that makes your arms look fuller and rounder. Most people have a hard time connecting with it so I wanted to shoot a quick video and give you some tips on how you can isolate your brachialis and no, it's not just simply doing hammer curls because for most people that won't work. You need to put stress directly onto it and with these three exercises you should have no problem getting it to grow!

I am looking into this because of all things I stretched it while stretching in the morning in bed. Both of them at the same time. Both left and right and it's been killing me for about 6 weeks I can't move my arms I can't lift them up to the shower head for example. Twisting my wrists while going through those motions I can feel that with the palms down there is a distinct accentuation on that muscle when I raise my arms so I'm going to go to work with this info. I guess I'll have to buy some dumbbells I've tried so many things- black seed oil -ibuprofen all kinds of things but exercise is what's going to get it done. Thanks a bunch.

I've tried out the variation of the rope pull with both hands while turning the wrists outwards as much as possible at the top, and ohhh my lawd that was some new burning sensation I've never quite experienced before, did like 5 sets straight and that alone must've been an almost complete bicep workout in itself. Totally my new favourite bicep exercise!

it like with pecs, i couldnt get that muscle mind connection, until i switched from barbells to dumbbells, so i spent 2 weeks finding exercises for every muscle, that engage me the best. this though is good stuff, thanks. btw, you screwed me over with that short ass intro, im used to skipping at least 20 seconds

Added the reverse barbell brachialis curls to the end of arm day of your gym program and WOW-. You-re spot on, IT LIT UP AND PUMPED MY BRACHIALIS LIKE NEVER BEFORE! Good workout, gonna keep this part of my arm workout from now on out. Great tip, thanks, your advice is always great and I absolutely love your gym program.

Doing bi-s (& tri-s & delts) tomorrow so will definitely utilize these brachialis-focused movements. Also, since form is paramount here-its obvious for me (both shoulders replaced but I-m still built) that lighter lbs should be utilized over show-off lbs for best brac growth since it-s a smaller strip of the entire bi.

do a hammer curl holding the end of a dumbbell trying to keep your arms extended as much as possibledoing as you explained flexing at the wrists, when lowering and raising, also at the top of the move while curled up, push your elbows up and hold for a good 2 seconds until you feel the lactate acid build

The 2nd exercise he is doing the supination (twisting the wrist to the outside) and this is NOT FOR BRAQUIALIS (it is to the head of the biceps. I'm sorry, but in 3 exercises, he nailed only 2! 33% of it is wrong. I hope I helped who is here reading the comments and don't do it wrong at the gym!

I am 63 just like Ryan I use the rope and lean back never resting the weight but the thing I also do is in the downwards movement don-t stop with palms up facing the ceiling I keep rotating the wrist until the thumb is pointing to the ground. I find 15 reps and the brachial-s is on fire 15 x3

I do hanging leg raises with a neutral grip and pull myself up (arms in a 90 degree angle) and hold there while performing my reps. People seem to find that difficult but for me it's easy to hold for 2-3 minutes so maybe that's why my biceps are as broad as they are high.
