BUILD MUSCLE FASTER (Not How You Think)

BUILD MUSCLE FASTER (Not How You Think)

Not growing and putting on muscle as fast as you want? Last night I went on a tangent about why I think most people have it wrong when it comes to building muscle. I go into more detail on the video but essentially it-s the fact that most people don-t focus enough on getting the muscles they are targeting to fire to move they weight, they simply just move the weight

One of the most important things in bodybuilding is shocking the muscles, what I mean is that you shouldn-t be doing the same routine every time, you should change it because your body will adapt and find a way to save more energy and try to build less muscles, but if you change your routine you will shock it, i like to imagine that the first week of a new routine the body gets shocked and assume that it is a one time thing and will never happen again, the second week of the new routine the body will start getting the materials to build the muscles, third week the body actually starts building muscles quickly which is good, in the fourth routine the body has already found a way to save more energy and build less muscles but, by the time it gets used to the routine you will shock it by the new routine and so on.
My advice is to shock it every 4 weeks
Now when I say routine I mean new workouts
Think of it this way the first time cars where made they used a lot of gas and gas was very expensive, years past and we started to adapt cars and guess what it doesn-t use much gas anymore, same thing happens with the body

I like your videos, but I feel like you missed something important, so I feel I should inform some people on the topic of putting yourself in a compromisable position. I do like how you are aware and it is your decision at the end of the day to do so, but what is most important is that just because you don't feel any pain or discomfort doesn't mean it isn't causing any damage. If you talk to any physical therapist, damage can be done very slowly over the course of a few years. So to reiterate, just because there is no pain or discomfort now, doesn't mean that there won't be potentially severe consequences down the road. Just like anything, prevention is more powerful than any treatment. If you are going to put yourself at risk. at least be aware and assume the worst. and maybe you are one of the lucky few. I personally wouldn't risk it and I have some pretty muscular and defined legs without taking risks, at the end of the day it's your decision, I just like people to be informed.

Focus on that work, get the mental stimulus as well as the physical one, do mental exercise with your physical exercise, become a better person simply through willpower and effort. It works believe it or not, just do it, visualize it, romanticize it, do whatever you have to do to convince yourself to make it happen. Everything else falls in line after, you have no reason to think about anything other than what you can control and what you cant, scratch the things you can control off a list, and then you-ll find the jobs pretty much done, do you-r part, the universe will follow suit. Never fails.

Why do guys on steroids even talk about -how to build muscle fast-. No matter what you guys do its fast lol. Just a way to act like you put in the effort when in reality half of these giants could work out 45 minutes a day and be 3 times bigger than someone with the same intensity who works out for 3 hours a day. Such a joke. They can act as smart as they want, but the truth is, they dont work nearly as hard for the same results. For a natty intensity is everything. If he stopped juicing and did his same workout routine he would lose an insane amount of weight and muscle. Bet me

I-m sure others have noticed a theme here. Mind-body connection is key - for too long I was just moving weight and was happy if I felt I was moving through a full range. The last month I-ve been much more focused on effective range of motion and trying to be hyper aware of muscle activation. Now when I do one armed rows, my bicep doesn-t get pumped but my lat sure as hell does. Deadlifting today my glutes were burning - a new thing for me. I find it kind of exciting to have a new path. Thanks Ryan.

Ok so I've been training for a few years i train Quads Monday and lower back and hamstrings on Thursday but my legs still are not getting any thicker? I am 6'1- 226 about 12% body fat. I get 200 protein, 115 fat and the rest carbs like 200. Im happy with the development with the rest of my body but I'm not happy with my legs. I work hard i do 4 exercises and I hit 12 to 20 reps each for each exercise. I try to keep form the best i can. Help any advise.

When it comes to eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. Extreme diets undoubtedly are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your every day nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to search Custokebon Secrets on google as it isn't just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

I've tried and tried for years with the biceps. Can barely work them. Bracio radialis just tries to take over then locks up and hurts for days. Tried all the rehab for them too. So far waiter and body drag curls are best and barbell and isolation curls are the worst. And hammers are ok, which makes no sense. Tried one at a time with cables etc. slow negs fast light crazy heavy. Always the lagging biceps and always tennis elbow.

Ankle position has nothing to do with hamstring contraction or elongation of muscle. Hamstring is a 2 joint muscle at the hip and knee joint. I also get the idea of knee positioning for targeting different quad muscles but the position you used to -target- the VMO appeared to be to further reinforcing weak hip abductors by allowing your hips to cave in versus stabilize them parallel to the ground

Mind to muscle connection is the only efficient way to target and destroy the muscle to get it to grow. Nutrition plays a part, but there is no other way to effectively grow a specific muscle. Your videos have helped me so much in trying to put muscle weight on. Why did you decide to be vegan? Did you notice any real benefits in overall health and in particular muscle growth since you've become vegan?
