I watch All Your videos and that's why I'm busting all my limits, but I have one question and hope you respond. I know the best way to increase muscles is to push them to the max when exercising so I tried to do that. Next I know that rest and recouping is for the healing and growth. I tried maxing out in my routine, then the next day try to max out again followed by 3 to 4 days without exercising the same muscle group. This to me was better than maxing out 1 day with short resting days. I seem to be growing at a rate I never before had seen in my workouts. Is this a good method? I noticed several lifters max out Very greatly with multi rest days and seem to be doing better as I have tried myself. Is this a good method or not?

Now compared to what anybody else is saying, I appreciate very much what you're showing in a way of how to build up and workout, I'm 63 and my biggest issues in a way of muscle gain is knowing the correct way of working out what type of weight to use to not only build but what type of weight to use to build strength and muscle, and then of course I do a lot of setups but unfortunately I've got bad eating habits in a way of having a sweet tooth, but I'm finding the workout is helping me with my shoulders the width my arms I do feel stronger and my girlfriend has already given me several compliments so thank you very much, thank you for your time and what you're putting out there for us to see

These were all really good. Gotta work these in. Hopefully I can remember to get back to this video. I figured out a front raise for those front delts with a rope on the cable machine the other day where I stand tall, with the pulley right at the bottom and just spread it about shoulder width when I raise it up at least eye level. Man, that really hit my shoulders hard and I'm gonna keep doing them.

Also I have limited access to dumbbells and weights + my bench press as I had several years of injuries that caused me grief, why did I give my gear a way? Crazy? No, the person I gave them to has almost double in size! That to me is a worthwhile donation of my money's worth spent collecting my gear. Now I will start with the basics, buying the weights!

I have been told that hitting the front delts is not worth taking time to isolate, what are your thoughts on this? their argument is that rear delts are already underdeveloped and your front delts get hit in most pressing so no need to isolate. this makes sense in my mind, but by not hitting them directly am i leaving a lot on the table?

I have a torn rotator cuff and side laterals sound like a bowl of rice krispies right after you pour the milk in. Is there any way to really avoid impingement and still get my side middle delts? Dumbbell military presses with my upper arm at around 45 degrees off the plane of my back don't have the same bone-on-bone feeling.

Nice gym full of dumbbells lucky you bohoo. Just started working out and all-s i have are scheduled 80 steel flanges 4, 6, &8 bolt patterns lol. But hey it-s working. i can appreciate your no bs attitude and it-s great how you always have or show multiple ways to do your reps. But i sure could use some of them dumbbells and a bench.

Hey brother love your videos. I did the most underrated chest workout yesterday and it was the most, hurt so good moment I-ve felt in a long time. I-m 6-8- and I have always had issues with me knee when it comes to squats. So they don-t get done. Can you do a vid on leg exercises for tall guys. Thanks brother
