iVE HAD MY BLOODWORK DONE starting 20 YRS ago, way back when i still believed MSM that 6 small meals and low fat, high carb diet was healthy, especially for bodybuilding. Turns out my TEST WAS 7, VERY LOW, on our canadian scale of 5 to 28.
TLDR; despite being 20 yrs older now, i went high fat low carb, very little processed food, to avoid estrogens; organic cleaners, toiletries cookware etc and now my NATURAL TESTOSTERONE IS 30 ON THAT SAME CDN SCALE OF 5 TO 28, A LITERAL 420% INCREASE, by doing exact opposite as MSM recomends. All that being said it hasnt reallly helped me get any bigger, just leaner. my old joints cant take the heavy WEIGHTS, it takes to stay big AND lean.

HRT saved my life too Ryan. Low T sucks but it doesn't have to be like that. Im not one for injections so I do a non FDA approve treatment. Its Biote hormone pellets. Yam based no side affects and it works been on it for 6 years and my blood work shows everything is good. My T stays up for 6 months so 2 a year I get the pellets instead of shots every 2weeks. And overall is less expensive than injections. Check it out lmk what you think. Keep doing your think and thank for the knowledge. Keep training fun and new is what you do for me and many others. The opposite of low tes is also true, no shit.
I found out I was WAY off the freakin chart high due to hyperthyroid. 1284 as a matter of fact, and I'm 52. Apparently had hyperthyroid all my life. Caused AFIB. MASSIVE blood clot hit my left radial artery in Jan2021. 1 week later, arterial blowout in left arm. Fun shit, 2 major surgeries in a week. Lost use of left hand forearm for about 4 months, at 60% function now.
Point? Slowly trying to get back now, my body basically ate itself in 2020.
These light weight torture sessions are gonna help. Thanks bro!

HRT - I'm beginning to believe you are right. I have been trying to do it naturally but, hey, natural is only good if you already have good hormones, right? So now, I will go sell pencils on the corner of walmart since I don't have insurance and hope I can sell enough to pay for some blood work. I'm in trouble though if my Test is low and cortisol is high. I don't have much of anything worth anything to sell to buy the HRT so I guess its back to the corner of Walmart and I'm Desperate. We'll see.

Ryan, the combination of getting on TRT and watching your videos resulted in my biceps finally growing at age 52! I have short/high biceps attachments and have always had a weak mind-muscle connection with my biceps. I've always had to hold back on triceps training because they grow easily and my arms always looked out of balance. Now with the muscle pump I have with a higher T level, plus focusing on exercises like decline curls, hammer curls, and drag curls, they are growing! Thanks!

I know hgh is great. Its so expensive and hard to get a doc to precrip. I had testosterone at the bottom of the range with severe fatigueand lack of energy. My doc said I was good within range. I said obviously I'm not good with fatigue and why would I want to be at the bottom of the range. Why not be the best or better. Insurance declined test. I asked doc to resubmit and I got approved. What a difference.
Question: Would you recommend I get hgh from Mexico when I visit? .

HRT is the best thing ever for a man that truly has medical issues. I-d never touched a PED in my life, and did powerlifting off and on from my teens into early middle age, and one day noticed my strength going in the toilet, taking forever to recover, and my joints screaming bloody murder. Got tested, found out my testosterone level was lower than my 9 year old daughter, and started treatment--the difference was astounding. Feel better now than even in my young 20-s

First let me say I for the most part like this guy. He has some good content. And some variations are interesting and worth a look. But please, don't try and make out that -hrt- is the reason for your size. Hrt, TRT doses will aid growth to an extent. But not to that extent. 110 mil, 120 mil. Never going to produce massive growth. He's either on large doses or what I imagine, plenty of other exogenous hormones. And uses TRT or hrt to retain the muscle after cycles.
