Want bigger triceps? Click to check out RYSE promo code RYAN: So after a few people reached out after the last video I figured it was a perfect time for another tricep workout to answer some of the most common questions and also drop the big news. Couple quick takeaways, even if it's an exercises you do all the time, you can always make it more intense. Those seated skull crushers to french presses were brutal. Also, small tweaks go a long way. Pay attention to the shoulder movement on the cable kickbacks

Hello. I normally don't ever comment let alone leave a request for a video but here goes.
Two weeks ago I had an accident and got a deep cut across the top of my left hand that severed four tendons meaning I can't lift my fingers. It's been two weeks and I've had surgery, slowly recovering. Because it's such a serious injury I can not use it at all or I risk the tendons forever separating. I know the dangers of muscle imbalances but I've also read exercising the opposite side of an injury can not only help it heal but also help prevent muscle loss.
What I am worried about Is not knowing exactly how to exercise just one side without over doing it I guess. I've read many articles but am still unsure.
My question is do you have any general advice or experience in relation to this. I know I can exercise my lower body but I'm more concerned with upper body muscle as I just got to a size I was happy with. Im extremely interested in any replies thanks.

Right now I have shoulder bursitis in my right candy-ass shoulder and it is really pissing me off. I was starting to see some real gains while cutting, but this has really put a damper to any movement from my right side. I am trying to find exercises that are doable for this wimpy shoulder by dropping the weight and giving it time to heal. Core and legs are an every other day workout now, with partial workouts the even days. Can you do a video on how you have worked thru an injury and if you have any tips for bursitis, if you have anything? Thanks.

I know this video is old. I am now one of those people with different sized triceps. A ladder incident, that left me with 7. 5 hours of memory loss, a bad concussion with vertigo, and a torn tricep, I now have 4 screws in my elbow area. 2 above, and 2 below. They hurt like stink on a date. But I am making a come back! One rep at a time. Thanks Ryan.

Every time I see a vid of yours, I go - sh1t-! pure torture hehehe But as always. effective! I tried the pushups on the bar. I was impressed with the way my triceps were about to burst! I have a question, Ryan. What are your thoughts on JM press? Thanks for all you do, especially in such a comic way; )

So I just started adapting this workout in place of my old one (8-12 reps) and I don't get a pump like I used to but I go until I physically cannot anymore. My muscles are exhausted by the end but they're not swollen, is this normal with the high rep/until failure workout?

Hey man this might be a weird video but can you do a video on like hair removal? Like shoulders and things like that to make it more aesthetic? Or like how to trim chest hair for bodybuilders or something. Think that would be cool to see

Yeah so not that you have some pull can you drop the price on the pre-workouts(or pretty much everything) to less than $2. 50 per serving? That's ridiculous. If it's not closer to $1-ish per serving I'm not buying.

I'm so skeptical about supplement companies, no disrespect Ryan but these companies be lying about the quality of their supplements, I need some third party testing, especially for these start up supplement companies.

Hi, any tips for a guy whose biceps are the weakest no matter what kind of exercises he tries? After every arms workout, I get the pump, sore and all that but my biceps just aren't growing.

I was getting fatigued for sure, but that close grip with elbows flared just catapulted my whole upper body into a great pump. Great, quick and effective tricep routine. Thank you, Ryan.
