Need a better dumbbell workout? I've got you covered. Also check out RYSE promo code RYAN: I've been getting a ton of requests to do some more dumbbell videos so this is one of possibly many. If everyone is up for it then I'll do a complete series for every single body part. The big takeaway from this video isn't the unique exercises (although that calves one is pretty nice) it's how you're doing them that really makes these a better alternative. Question about the deadlifts.
Recently starting working out again after being pretty sedentary for quite some time. A problem I-ve had with the deadlifts is I never feel anything in my hamstrings, but do in my lower back. I watch my form in the mirror as much as I can to make sure I-m not hunching my back or anything so I guess the question is is that normal when first starting out? Should I focus on strengthening my back before doing deadlifts? I-m not using crazy weight or anything but I also don-t want to cause an injury.
Any guidance you (or viewers) can give is appreciated

So does a truck tyre or tractor tyre, you don't want fractured bones! Anything with weight is dangerous, Thanks for the video, I have been out of training for several years due to various factors. Currently gathering worthy videos to go through the motions to see what I am able to do and what I need to work on or adjust the movement to accommodate certain minor issues.

Ryan, love your content, humour and valuable advice. But let's be honest mate, you've been on/still on the juice. You've never mentioned this in your -honest- uploads. Perhaps it will make a good upload on your experience/advice on the gear to further assist your loyal followers. Keep up the great work.

While I disagree with the calves workout I am definitely trying the others. Love the variation, looks great from extra mobility. For my own calves workouts I toss something under my toes to get that over extended position like a 2x4 or a step. Great video! Love your content.
