I wanted to throw a quick video together to not only help you on your journey to transform your body but also say thanks for an incredible year. The big takeaway is that more often than not it's not a style of training or diet but their consistency that gets them to their goals

Started working out consistently 5 times a week at the very end of July. I-ve convinced more friends to work out and had others now come ask me for advice, which feels great. So how will I level up next?
A lot of my workouts are based on 10-rep sets with decreasing weights to hit That 10 reps each time, but after listening to your videos, perhaps it-s time to lower the weight and go for 15-20 reps.

Thanks for the video Ryan. Been member since four digit subs. Glad you mentioned diabetic and loss of foot. Little dark humor but unfortunately that is the real world pandemic for this century. Obesity=diabetes. To keep the humor, I have called -toe- truck too many times performing amputations. I can say that as I am a foot doctor. My motto is keep moving always, all the time, everyday.

Ryan, diet and muscle building question:
Are calories more important or grams of protein more important when building muscle? I am 43, eat clean, but I-m having a hard time getting more than 2000 calories per day. can I still put on mass if I-m at 2000 calories with say 225-250 grams of protein? I currently weigh 180 lbs, 6- tall and would like to get to around 190ish, thanks

Night time is the hardest for me too. I am a single dad, which disqualifies me from the wife/pornhub thing, and it is frickin hard to cook my kids all the food they like and will actually eat, while I have to fix myself something else. I've even done this while fasting for days on end. I'm like -dammit, don't lick the spoon dumbass-.

Ryan, great videos, followed your advice for a while now. Any tips for the older man? ( I am 62. I have been going to gyms for years now. My aim at this stage in life is to look lean, mean and cut. I'm only short (5'6-) and 145 lbs. Struggle to shift the Dad belly but very cut elsewhere. Thanks for excerising my chuckle muscle as well!

For me it was a girlfriend who wanted to eat in a nice restaurant every time we went out and have a bottle of wine with every meal. Her solution to my weight gain was for me to work out harder and more often. Ended up with a shoulder injury. I fixed the problem and lost 102 lbs in under a minute by dumping her.

Merry Christmas back to you Ryan! Made my day a few times during this freaky year and hopefully we can all be back at the gym in 2021! Keep it up and would appreciate it if you could put another full body workout -at home version- on the screen. still in lockdown!

Today, shoulder day week 2 of the 30 day session. Moving right along and really getting into the failure sessions, and the rest pause programs. Especially the pick a weight for at least 30 reps of a 100. Nothing like what I have done.

Is it there 2 muscle groups you should not work one day followed by the next day? Like if i do neck/shoulders then the next day arms. Is there a muscle groups pattern I should follow for the 5/6 days in a row before rest day?
