First off guys it is a bit misleading,
(not taking away from it potency by no means) when you scroll down tho it looks like you get a complimentary
15 serving for 3. 99. No it's a 12. 6 gram packet which is one serving 10-12 oz water or beverage. Need to make that clear to folks. Overall good product like it well! Will order bigger size. My only real complaint was it took 2 weeks to arrive.

it's about tension right. so you have to slow down the reps for the first few reps and then continue at a bit of a faster pace. but while doing this keep the contraction and squeeze as much as you can. keep the elbows planted and don't move them. people tend to move the shoulder slightly backward which causes slight movement with the elbow offsetting the bicep curl. keep it planted.

A good hit is Lay face down on a high bench, hang your arms and curl. The arms become the lowest part and receive maximum blood gravity. If your chest can't take it, your not ready, then incline bench dumbell curls with harms hanging back freely.
Supinate set then pronate set and repeat. fill the ears with metal Metallica, Motorhead, etc

I found this page from Greg Doucette (I thought I was going to hate the videos) and I-ve been binge watching every video since. I guess the lesson I learned is Don-t judge someone because someone else is talking trash on them, do your own research.

Your joke about going to the gym being illegal was great. Luckily where I live the gyms haven-t closed but if you live in New York I guess it-s better to send your loved ones to go die in a Nursing home then get exercise and become healthier.

One of my favorites is bilateral curl immediately into unilateral curl immediately into bilateral hammer curl immediately into unilateral hammer curl. Each movement a little easier than the last to keep the set going. It's awful.
