Biggest takeaway is to start thinking outside the box and apply some of the techniques you use on other body parts like mechanical drop sets and use them to intensify your training

Here's an epic and fun ab workout for you. Done in 3 minutes. You're going to do just ab cycles. To the song in the Mortal Kombat movie 'Juno Reactor, Traci Lords - Control'. Cycle to the beat. You wait for the beat of the song to kick in (about 15 seconds) and begin ab cycling. Don't stop until the beat stops/slows, that's your rest period. You get 2 rest periods in the entire song that last about 30-45 seconds.
Congratulations for your abs are now sore for an entire week. Start with doing this once or twice a week, then work your way to doing it every day. Then work your way to reducing the rest periods until you can ab cycle the entire song. (the whole song is like 500-600 cycles from memory. Congratulations, now you have a 10-pack.

Yeah-straight talk and very funny. I have been doing 100+ sumo goblet squats AFTER 1rm sumo dead lifts and regular, lunges, and RDLs. It only makes sense to do a much higher volume on abs as well. I needed that reminder, because abs are where I am really not looking so good. ;)

I-ve had 4 stomach surgeries where my abdomen was cut to access organs, I can-t push my abs so me not having defined abs is something I have to learn to live with because anything other than a crunches are excruciating to do

this is exactly the video ive been needing! ab workouts are always either too easy or too hard (meaning they use crazy ways of flexing that I literally cannot do. this is like a hard workout of easy exercises. I love it

I gotta say thanks, Ryan. The transformation my body has done already is unreal. I MF you after workouts, but I-ve lost fat and gain muscle. So, how pissed could I really be? Plus the jokes are too good. Thanks again

When I'm doing leg raises or even when lying down and doing bicycle kicks, there is a weird popping noise in my hip. Not hurting, just uncomfortable to feel it so I stopped doing them. Any idea what is that

Ryan no homo. how big are your arms? You're right lower weight high rep kills, I've been doing workouts with ladders or 35db to 15db and its way harder than going heavy for 5 reps. a good mix.

So what-s the secret of getting the dry look. I-ve gotten pretty lean but didn-t feel dry if I-m explaining it right. I always assumed it was the addition of AAS to get that look. Am I wrong?

i really respect what you do, but i feel i am too old, and you just end up making me feel worse about myself, but respect and see you in another life where i am not so worn out!
