How To Lose Fat FAST! (NOT HOW YOU THINK) John: Meh, I know how to eat right, and except for all the cheating with booze and pasta, my diet is damn near perfect.
Now your approach, adding some humor to attempting to shove in all the needed protein might be just what I am looking for. Fuc, now short of eating through my freezer of albacore and shark, how the hell to get that much protein.
Might even look at your Garage Workout, just so I can remember what it was like when a work-out meant the pile of weights, not all of your physical therapist's assigned therapy to unlock impingements, restore range of motion, and make up for all the broken or removed by surgery parts in my legs, arms, shoulders, and spine. A cripple can dream, can't he?
Now for the bigger question, why does the wife want a full-size photo of you right outside of our infrared spa in the home gym? No way I am getting to put Paige Spiranac right next to you.

For me when I got a pretty good shape I was between 1g per KG!
I was between 76-80kg, sometimes I was dropping a bit (1 week out or even 1. 5 out of gym) going minimum at 69-70kg with 1, 77m (5, 9-5, 10) and even with 69kg I was between 1g of protein per kg or 100g of protein per day. I can put weight and fat very fast, I can also burn fat efficiently after 6-10 weeks of training (not so efficiently considered to put specially fat, but)
For me 1g per KG is quite sustainable (even for my pocket, and I was feeling health asf also at that time, libido very high, working nice and stuff.

How I like to look at it is Dwayne Johnsons diets 6 days out of the week and grinds everyday for working out and then on that 7nth day it's no workout and eats whatever he wants. You have to have a cheat day to keep you going g and eat food that is healthy but you will enjoy as well. Calorie deficit is simply how you lose weight you work hard and eat less essentially but it has be healthy food too resupply energy but ultimately you will be hungry -but you gotta discipline yourself it's takes work!

I need advice I'm 36 I'm 6'3 200 pds I was 255 I've been dieting and fasting and now I'm trying to exercise I'm taking six star creatine pills and body fortress whey protein I watch my calories and eat basically only chicken and green vegetables what should I be doing I'm completely new to this any advice would be greatly appreciated! also I have never done any cardio before should I start? And my body has like plateau and can't seem to lose more weight why?

You didn't get belly fat over night, so you can't lose it in 3 days. You need a diet, structured and personalized diet. Create it by yourself or make one online (NextLevel Diet, Profgains) There are other options as well, try to find something affordable and sustainable for you. Do some form of exercise 3x/week and you'll be fine. The first site I mentioned also comes with home workout plan, not that challenging but definitely helpful. All the best!

Did sub 1000 calories last September. Lost 30 lbs Now I'm stuck and struggling to drop lower. Need to desperately. Stopped watching Calories but my weight and eating habits haven't changed significantly enough that my Maintenance level is 1000 Calories. I should be losing more weight but can't figure out wth is the problem, switching to intermittent fasting, will see what happens
. Love your dry ass humor though. Got my sub.

Im going to say something obvious that everyone kind of forgets. If you make your meals taste good and fill your stomach it goes a long way. 11 chips might taste good but thats 120-140 calories there are so many things that would have more volume and taste good. Remember protein has 4 calories per gram meaning you eat alot of seasoned chicken or beef vs a small bag of chips. And it will be way more filling.

I crashed my diet and was training hard everyday and then I began to lose my hair. Realized I was shocking the hell out of my body. Now I don't know if it was temporary hair loss from stress, I'll find out after a few months but I stopped overtraining and barely eating and doing it the smart way to gradually get there. I have 25% bodyfat and goal is 15% like how I was prepandemic.

100 percent agree, -crash dieting- is way better than other methods. I don't feel a difference between a 200 and 1000 deficit, but one takes 5 times longer. It's way easier to diet for a few weeks. And also, by training and eating enough protein, my strength increased, and muscle stayed the same when i was on a deficit

I lost too much after becoming slightly obsessed with cardio and boxing drills, was sat at 5% for so long It was hard to pack it back on due to the appetite not being full And that led me to lose muscle too
started uploading training progress, I only wish I'd of come out my shell sooner
