I (liked, both past tense and begrudgingly LOL, to do sprints. I. E. Wind sprints, power sprints, whatever you want to call them. 25-40 yards as hard as you can at least 3 times more if you can. Builds power, agility, cardio. who likes a shredded gym rat that can't even run? If you're the person who says running is bad for your knees. really? So is using them. Just an idea. training outside is great. unless you prefer air conditioning and artificial lighting.

Fun assault bike workout. Burn 10 calories as fast as you can every 3 minutes for 10 rounds. So if you hit the 10 calorie mark in 15 seconds the first round, you have 2: 45 to rest until the 3 minute mark and the start of round 2, then you get to 10 calories again as fast as you can. rinse/repeat for a total of 10 rounds. (So you start your sprints to 10 calories at the 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27 minute marks.

Wish I would have had this info when I was 19 and up. But never too late. So many years I worked out not to the best of my bodies ability to get the results I truly wanted. Thank you Ryan Humiston for providing the info you are sending all of us. I have taken a lot of the info and am using it in my life now and sharing it with my kid as well (13 yo. He will have a better chance at success. Thank you again.

I LOVE assault bikes. Looking to get one of my own and just rip into it every morning. I start all my workouts with a circuit of 3 rounds of (ab exercise + 30 seconds assault bike + sled push. When I bring people along to the gym they're like that was an awesome workout. I'm like -that's the warmup-

Thanks for everything you do Ryan. I've followed your training methods for 28 days now and have lost 26 lbs & gained 1. 8lb of muscle. My diet is consistent with a daily intake of:
--Calories: 3, 339-
--Protein: 261. 3 grams-
--Carbohydrate: 175. 9 grams-
--Fat: 230. 5 grams

I thought this video was about cardio? Not a torture device 30 seconds on this thing is horrendous, 3 x 30 seconds makes you reconsider leg day, 5 x 30 seconds! F-%k it! when they put me in a coffin atleast they can say I went all out on the hellish bike thing in the corner: -)

After 4 months I found myself in a plateau and I actually gained weight during it while being consistent with the gym and diet, I found that cardio itself was holding me back so I went on a refeed and after two weeks I was back to normal and lost even more fat

Hey Ryan, I have brain teaser for you. How do you perform t bar pull-ups with an at home pull-up bar? With and without the actual t bar. I want to isolate those wing-lats by locking up my arms in a 90 degree angle for the entire pull-up rotation.

This is better, go to a high school that has a football field, sprint 100 yards rest 1 to 2 minutes and repeat. Do this 16 times, and you just completed a mile. I did this for a month lost 36 pounds. Once was 200 pounds now 164
