How To Do FRONT RAISES For BIGGER SHOULDERS (THESE WORK) IM: Just finished Death by Volume for Shoulders. Pure agony. Of course, my legs are really hurting from 2 days ago, and my arms are sore from yesterday, so it's just pain on top of pain. I've been lifting on and off for 45 years, but have never hurt myself like this. I've done Ironman triathlons in under 12 hours, ran 100K in 10 hours, squatted 500 at 181 pounds clean, and ran sub-3 hour marathons in my 50's, so I know a little bit about hitting it hard. These workouts take it to a new level. I thought I was going to pass out on leg day, and had to crawl to a bench in order to stand up. I hope it makes me grow, because I'd hate to think I'm going through all of this pain for nothing. I actually do think I'm seeing some growth. Scale hasn't moved, but arms and shoulders look more muscular. So, just get after it.

Man I have to stop and thank you, I've adjusted a lot of my workouts from watching your videos and after years of plateau problems I've finally started to make new gains and develop better, I've been into bodybuilding recreationally for the last 22 years and every time I take a break and get back to it I always seem to stop gaining at a certain weight and I've never looked any different until now and I seriously contribute that to some of the excercises you do videos on! Thanks again man!

Hey Ryan, I have a question. on this BENT OVER ROW -Rest Pause-:
3 Sets
20 reps (rest 3 breaths, again, again
Isn't this 3 rounds of 20 then rest pause and do a few more? So in total it's 60 reps. My husband say no, only one round of 20 and a few more until failure.

I got your program, diggin it! I like your other content to mix up my movements instead of waiting for gear/equip. That said. how can I work to -keep my shoulders down-? After you said it I noticed my shoulders seem to be not only up but forward too. Thoughts?

2: 05 so you can do this exercise without engaging the traps, but what position do you get in without engaging the jaw muscles? Also I gotta ask, why is sweat dripping off your nose but your shirt isn't wet with it? Inquiring minds want to know.

This vid is so good, only last week i seen some idiot streamers who said don't need to train front delts if u do chest and he been in the gyms for 20 years. So much false information out ther so glad your here mate to pull everone in line. Luv it -
