Thank you for the videos dude, am a novice when it comes down to the gym as I have only recently got into it for the last year, and I started off doing just the normal 3-4sets and 10 reps for everything! Watching your videos has given me the drive to go for the higher reps to really punish yourself and the difference is incredible feeling the muscle connection is incredible and have noticed much bigger changes in my physique. Overall much happier! Cheers for the motivation brother

Me: AAARGGGGHHHH!
Daughter: -runs down staris- Daddy, are you ok?
Me: Yes, I-m alright.
Daughter: Is that bad man, Ryan, trying to hurt you again?
Me: Littler girl, shut your mouth, that man is the best thing that ever happened to my work outs. Now go away before daddy finishes this last exercise and starts crying like a baby.

Thumbnail, title, and beginning mislead me. I thought this was about recovering from an epic shoulder workout. It intrigued me because I recently had to take a week off from a great bench press workout. Woke up the next day; frozen shoulder! Took a lot of hanging and rotator cuff exercises to loosen it back up again. Scary! -

Could you do a video on when you do max days. Or if you ever go in the gym and decide how much you can max out the weight? Really enjoy your stuff, I'm a fan of how you explain and change the workout to get every bit of growth as possible. Keep up the hard work, we appreciate it. Let's get after it.

Great video, any advice on a person who compound dislocated their shoulder. I'm always afraid of injuring my right shoulder, and sometimes I can feel it and back off. Should I be training my right shoulder more than my left but lower reps or smaller weights until I feel confident?

The shoulder workouts are killer. Freaking love and hate them. I was needing surgery for the shoulder but after a year following I can honestly say my shoulders gotten better. Havnt had it slip out in a long time. 2 years ago, in a single year, I had it slip out 7 times.

I have been training over 15 years, had pro trainers but this guy is just incredible - knows what he's talking about.
AND I LOVE how he looks like he should be benching 300kg but is happy to use (and encourages) lighter weights for some of those new movements!

I like the technique of pushing against the bench with the non-working shoulder. I tried this on lateral raises and I was able use more weight and reps. Form didn-t suffer. Felt more locked in. Tried this using a bench and just the wall. Bench felt better

Ok probably not something youll want to answer but i have to ask (please dont be offended) but how come you have sleep apnea?
I see it all the time in people with weight problems. Usually morbidly obese. But you are muscled like some greek god.

Hi Ryan, love the content. Thanks so much. Could you make a video about what to eat and when on the day? I mean when to eat the protein, fat, carbs, supplements or anything else on what moment of the day? And what to eat before after training.
