hye ryan. i been messing whth weights for over 30 yrs, genetically gifted so like after 7 months im done. and get bored, but you have blown all my theories out the water. and made me realise a ton of stuff and advice from you, sp i decided to try your 30 day aproach to a tune. man, am i sore, and not just for one day. like 4 days after im still feeling it, but my gym has a sauna, whicj is cool recovery, dude fxxxxx awsome, your relentles attitude is mptivation alone, i havnt quite hitt the 20 times repp limit im on 15 but ill get to it, THIS IS NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED, tell me about it, but, if you want 20 inch arms. this kinda shows you the way. dude your ace.

They certainly don-t -suck- but they have to be done correctly.
And really you can be getting plenty of forearm work in with deadlifts and other stuff which requires a strong grip. They-re not really a primary exercise on arm day, but are nice to throw in on supersets or just an alternative finishing movement.
However, Devin Larratt loves them and his arms are tremendous. But he uses them on a preacher in very strict fashion - so take that for what it-s worth.

If people using hammer curls thinking that is going to help build biceps
Then they really don't understand function of the exercise
The brachialis is the muscle what is the inside of your elbow, then the exercise goes down your brachioradialis (forearm muscle) to wrist
So hammer curl should be included in your forearm program

I-ve never seen them done as in this video. Not saying he-s wrong, but when I was in my prime, I did these regularly in alternating fashion, tucking my elbows into my side and coming all the way up to the shoulder. My forearms used to be tremendous when I was doing them regularly and very vascular.

I have yet to find anything to beat hammer curls and cannot for the life of me imagine how anyone could find them overrated. They're like any other exercise--perfect form begets optimal results. In this case, for biceps AND brachialis at once. HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT?

In the woods, backcountry hunting. I always start TP the first two wipes to do the heavy lifting, then I follow it up with a baby wipe just to polish it up, then I usually dab with one more TP just to get any residual moister. It's a foolproof system.

Team baby wipes. Using toilet paper just means you're smearing shit on your ass crack until there's no more brown on the toilet paper. but you still have shit on your ass. Team baby wipes all the way.

Best part of hammer curls. after doing your biceps routine just do 2 quick sets. Will make a large visual difference to how your arms look. I prefer them with a low rope on the cable machine.

I thought they didn't work for me until I got home and got the weirdest cramps when I flexed my arm. I felt the muscle was going to shoot sideways. weird feel but I guess the variation worked

Baby wipes-& how often do you have your off days? I hate not lifting. it-s literally my favorite thing to do and I admittedly fail to take the proper amount of time to rest. thoughts?
