Yes it's a little more expensive but well worth the money.
I no longer eat out of restaurants. I can't trust the quality of their foods, but also how they are prepared.
I carry my premixed foods in my ice chest when I go places. I don't have to worry about getting hungry.

Love the no B. S. vids. Coming from an old PT, why does everyone have to complicate things and reinvent the wheel when it comes to training. Seems like some trainers are trying to maintain relevance in a saturated PT market here in OZ. I remember 1 word I used to preach when training and that was isolate! Still do. Think about the muscle you are trying to work and keep good form for F-#k sake. or go home.

In all seriousness, up until I was about 27 ( I-m about to turn 44) I would was the toilet paper up and wipe and wondered why I always had a chapped butthole with shit colored shrapnel all around my toilet and floor when done. I then discovered folding the tp and wiping and I-ve never felt cleaner. Thanks for the arm tips

Hi Ryan just to clarify is there more emphasis placed on the short head when the hands are wider placed rather than in close tucked against the lats. I was always of the opinion in close meant a slightly reduced range of motion, close and compact would target the short head and vice versa?

Just do any bicep curl you want with the arm blaster and watch the results occur.
For triceps, do the rolling dumbbell tricep extension.
These two exercises will blast your -arms- into the next stratosphere! And the best part is, they are done with minimal equipment

I'm 57 I've worked out ever since high school I've had two open heart surgery, and can't lift heavy anymore so I've been doing your light weight and 30 reps I really feel it so much more thank you lance

I've reached the point where I have no more questions and I just look up stuff for entertainment to see if I'm doing anything wrong. Hands downs funniest and most relateable trainer I've watched

Great video! It's not where ya get a shirt it's how the motherfkr fills it out! I made a long rope for my cable extensions & it's been my favorite for triceps extensions and now I know why.

Why do all these you tubers think only their exercises are from God and all others are garbage? Do what works for your body, experiment with different safe exercises.
