Ryan I need your input. My shoulder is gonna take 3-5 months to heal and I am getting a bit depressed that I can't bench! not benching is like being a virgin all over again. So what can I do to strengthen the chest and shoulders without putting to much stress on the shoulders? I found deadlifts seem to not effect my shoulder that much, so long as I am not lifting like a jackass shrugging at the top of the lift.

I do injoy your videos and I don't give a shit adtude. i want to get bigger. at my age of 65 two years and 4 months now I went from 185to 200but now I have a belly problem I have to lose weight and stop eating sweets it's hard. thanks for giving me great advice now I have to put it to work. and stop being lazy. big fan. I live in f--k up California. i wish I lived in Arizona.

This is making me SO jealous to be in a gym again. I live in Ontario Canada, and our fat cheesecake eating Premier and our pussy Prime Minister have kept this country closed longer than anywhere else in the world. At this point I'd lift a flamethrower and aim it at the government.

It-s going to take years to get on your level. Geez. I was 250lbs a year ago I-m 211. 2 today. I can almost fit in my old jeans. And my newer ones are too loose now and my belt is at my smallest hole I will need to drill holes to fit better. Thank you for all your advice.
