Maybe that guy you refer to as a man child because he is slight and thin, might not be training to get big and thick, he could be happy how he is or might me training for endurance more than thicknesses and sterngth, such as iron man or a decathlon.
One thing I remember being told years ago in the gym, never judge anyone on how they look or how they train, they may be training for totally diffent goals. And others might be coming back from injury so they do light weights and gradually build themselves back up.
I do like your videos, but this videos where you talk about a man child and third grader because they look thin can be quite off putting for new gym goers. They might not want to look thick or wide.

This was the first time I seen this guy and the video was pretty entertaining. Jokes weren-t over the top seemed like he was just talking like he knew us and I appreciate the tips on the lower lat I-m usually sore by my armpit and mid back but not lower ribs so that will make it in to my routine. Guilty for doing one thing for rear delts thinking rows would be enough

2: 40 I can verify that you can put more emphasis on the parts of the muscle after trying a few of Ryan-s exercises, I realised that I-d been totally neglecting the orgin point of the lat, also the clenched butt on the sumo deadlift- thank you but f--k you. Raise the point that neglecting your posterior chain will lead to pretty bad pelvic tilt.

There's one word that I believe encompasses this video. symmetry. If I'm working biceps, my next set is triceps. Same with legs. A set of leg extensions, followed by a set of hamstring curls. Abs? You guess it; same trend. Crunches followed by back extensions. I'll be trying that lower lat exercise though. That looks like a fantastic exercise

Was watching a Dax, the rapper, video the other day. Good at what he does. You can tell he trains. Huge pecs for his size, decent arms and abs, but no lats at all. You can tell all he does is bench, and maybe curl. Sad days.
