How to Get More Muscular GLUTES! Psst. You're Doing These Wrong

Alright, today we-re going over how to do sumo deadlifts to get the most muscle growth and get those Glutes you-ve always wanted. The biggest takeaway is that you want to treat this just like the way I tell you to train your lats, your goal should be to limit how much your quads get involved by trying to minimize knee extension. The goal should be to rotate at the hips and drive through those glutes! --NEW

After my first lower back injury dead lifting, with shit form, I've never been the same. Just keep injuring it year after year. Had to quit dead lifts. Can't get low on squats ect. Last injury was just trying to pick up a 90 lb curl bar off the ground. Unless I get surgery I don't think I'll ever be normal. I still kill it 6 days a week with everything I can. wish I could do these exercises though.

I got the garage program. There is no need for a gym. I can barely finish the dang thing. I can curl 100lbs but I've been reduced to curling with 20s and even 15s to finish out. The legs I can only do 3 out of the 4 exercises. it's a dang good program. When you see Ryan curling 25s you know you're going to be in a world of pain if you're not bigger than he is.

So, I finished the garage program, right up to the cute 'goodby' at the end, but didn't click complete.
Now I get a weekly reminder from the Big Guy. Yes, a personal reminder. Yes, from Rhino himself. It's the same message every week, but I'm 100% sure he types it, just for me. It's like we're Gym Bro's. which of course. we are.

Hey Ryan, not sure if I missed it but have u ever shown a limited equipment garage gym workout.
Equiptment would be squat rack, plates, landmine, barbell, bench.
No dumbells. If yes, never mind it f no, would be good to see some things you can get done with limited things.

How many reps would you recommend? I have 2 herniated discs in my back, had them for a year now working through deadlifting since last december, back got really sore in a bad way last week from regular sumos even with lighter weight than usual, so wanted to give your version a try.

Ryan I suffer from lower back spasms from time to time. I'm a beginner (again) at age 49. Ive always had lower back weakness due to years of digging and pick axing rocks. What can I do to strengthen the lower back and pelvis / hip area?

After doing quads then finishing up with sumos I lost my appetite and my cornbread started coming up. Engagement and isolation are the keys. Thanks for a different perspective. My workouts have officially been sucking! Get after it.

Let-s see what weird ass exercises he comes up with this time. Just showing off, and showing dangerous exercises instead of the actual best ones, which happen to be simpler. Check out Athlean-x instead, who actually knows his shit.
