Why Your Arms Aren't Growing (GUARANTEED FIX)
video description
The program says (f-kng apparently) to do a high rep non stop lunge superset of 5 sets as a second exercise. Me being all excised to destroy legs thought it meant do what I described FIVE TIMES.
I only realized something was going horribly and inadvertently wrong by the end of the third -set-. Had to check the program again for how the hell this guy expects me to go through this day without dying and found out that yeah I did the thing 3 times over. Two times extra.
Had to make a life changing decision of whether to continue for the rest of the workout as intended or to cut it short.
I continued. It took two hours. It was horrible. I am struggling to even sit. Not looking forward to tomorrow.
Best leg day ever.
P. s. please don-t add this mistake into future programs

Hey, man. My husband and I love your videos. As he's over 40 now, he wants to get his arms back up over 22- but is having a little trouble getting them over the 20- hump. We do super sets now and he goes beyond failure with drop sets or doing half to even quarter reps until the weight just doesn't move anymore. Have you noticed any changes like adding giant sets to your training that help as you get older or do you think he'll be able to get them that big again?

46 years old, never had to lift weights before because of construction job. Use to use -PRO COMPLEX- for recovery. Carried concrete in pails, swung mall, wrestled piling, to put 100+ lbs in each hand and carry a city block was nothing, it was hard work.
Dont do that anymore, now i am fat, is -PRO COMPLEX- a good meal replacement to get protien and reduce calories, typical farm kid grew up with 3 big meals a day because you worked hard all day.

it's about tension right. so you have to slow down the reps for the first few reps and then continue at a bit of a faster pace. but while doing this keep the contraction and squeeze as much as you can. keep the elbows planted and don't move them. people tend to move the shoulder slightly backward which causes slight movement with the elbow offsetting the bicep curl. keep it planted.

Just a quick question, how do you know if your own system is too much for you? As in get through the whole ordeal, is it lack of able to contract the longhead bicep on say a bicep curl? Lack of feeling of blood flow, over soreness? Just trying to find if I am on the right path cause theres hard work then theres the right work

Hey Ryan got a real question for you. I love being in the gym and while I am a firm believer that lighter weight and more reps equals growth, I love being strong enough to push or pull high amounts of weight. What would you recommend the best way to achieve both of these goals are with my workouts?

Ryan, are we talking 10 reps, 4 sets bi's and then tri's and rinse and repeat until fail? Lighter weight and high reps? Or, listen junior. figure it out for yourself and report back when you can wipe your own ass? Appreciate the content. #blowedup

Question: WHY beat yourself up and make your body feel awfully sore and unable to walk when life does that too?
Why just is it important to to wreck our bodies before we die?
All for muscles to strengthen insecurities? -uhm ok -
