Ready for some more dumb exercises that will lead to some seriously big gains? --NEW R. : That leaning bicep curl is freaking awesome exercise for the Biceps. I use this exercise with an EZ curl bar and also powerblocks for hammer curls. I had a co worker of mine work out with me and I showed him this exercise, immediately he started laughing then saying I was cheating. We hit 3 sets of 10-12with 80 lbs on the EZ curl bar and 5 sets of 10-12 with 30 dumbells. His girly ass called me on speaker phone the next day crying he couldn't move his arms. Pussy!

Thank you for your great videos, you have taught me a lot about making gains. Your videos are clear, to the point, and amusing. In this video you state that you aren't religious. But, I have a feeling that you do respect God. So, my question to you is do you know that saying omg is taking God's name in vain? I would like to respectfully ask you to stop saying that. I'm looking forward to your next video and learning more exercises soon

Damnit Ryan, every single video is spot f-cking on! This one especially. Been doing everyone of these exercises for years. People will shake their heads like I'm nuts (WHICH I AM. But all of these little tricks set us up to be stronger and ripped. I'm an old fart (61, I've stopped giving a damn what anyone thinks of me. If its effective, I'll do it, no matter how silly it may look to others.

Ryan, I-m on my third round of the garage program. I do these workouts at the gym and know that every youngster looks at me like, -Look at him and what he-s doing-. that-s cute-.
I-m also waiting for one of the little bastards to say something in giving me the opportunity to say, -Hey! Let me take you through one shoulder workout-just one. - ---

Can you make a program for at home or at least a program for someone without specialized equipment? I live in a major city and every gym is jam packed 24/7 with people and a lot of them smell bad. I have a gym at home but don't own specialized equipment

Serious question for anyone who goes to the gym. how many sets/reps of phone looking should i do? last time i went to the gym i saw so many people on benches or other equipment just looking at their phones, so i assume its pretty important.

Got to admit, the simplicity of Ryan's instruction on this is motivating. Simple, no nonsense and the reason I keep coming back. He's spot on with the train to failure every time. Counting reps, and shit, not for me. go until the tank is empty.

More great tips and only wishes I-d watched this before my arm workout last night as I would have incorporated that exercise into my workout! Really need to get me some rainbow donkey dick pre workout products now too

I've seen plenty of people not unlock the calf raise lever and use it only for the top part. They're not doing partials they just don't either know how to use it right or they don't care lol.
