Ready to grow your arms another 1/2 inch! Over the past 6 months, my biceps and triceps have made the most gains and it all comes down to the changes I've made in my training. First, I focus on training them in a more lengthened position when possible, I will still do traditional exercises but I incorporate at least one exercise for each that forces them into more of a stretched position before I contract. Next, I started to really focus on progressively overloading. I spend 4-6 weeks pushing myself to lift constantly heavier weights then drop the weight for a few weeks and increase the reps. Finally, I've taken out the less effective exercises like drag curls, based on the research they are simply less effective so why bother.

I ve done a lot of different dosages over the years and have been around guys that can hold 240 with low body fat at around 250mg or test per week for a period of time after a cycle
But I don t see how 100mg of test per week can hold the size that you have built in your delts and arms.
Also let s face it the aging in the face is From Tren and possibly Masteron the DHTs
And also when we run out of receptors from the high dosages you get changes on the receptors and look of the face.

I have no issue with Ryan changing his stance on stuff like Drag Curls or adjusting his view on partial reps. He's doing a boat load of research and then testing it himself, if his opinion evolves, that's a good thing. He isn't flip flopping for views/clicks.

You forgot to mention roids! I dont believe there are people out there that think 19 lean arms can be obtained naturally! Cmon things have changed the past 5 or so years, you should be more transparent if you know what i mean.

exactly what I needed, I lost 1 inch recently with an experimental diet that I did, and my arms are small compared to my legs and other parts. Best

. 25mg of test 4x a week would only be 1mg of test a week. this can't be right. I would think it should be 25mg 4x a week for a total of 100mg.

I m confused. You said you re taking. 25mg of testosterone 4X/week. Are you taking 250mg 4X, for a total of a gram, or ar you taking 1mg/week?

I'm excited for the new program. The current backed by science has been the best thing I've tried. It's nice to actually see results.

waht about the dips and close grip pullups. bread and butter for the arms, so few talk about those to make your arms grow

Try seth sets example 50lbs 10 reps, half the weight then double the reps. So the drop set would be 25lbs for 20 reps!
