Omg! Just did this one. Kept up and all. It was nice to mute you and play my music and all while my hubs put our daughter to bed in the same room! I don't feel mom guilt for being at the gym for a couple hours at bed time. I love it! Week one down. I'm on week two of doing them 3 nights a week. I work full-time like 50+ hours and am a full time student. Your videos give me life -

I was expecting something nice and relaxing since this workout said it was for after dinner. - Lawd I couldn't have been more wrong! This workout was amazing in that it got my whole body burning, but wasn't hard on my joints either. I feel accomplished and rejuvenated now that I'm done. Can't wait to do more this week!

Yes! I needed this so much! I've spent the last two weeks eating what ever I wanted from feeling like garbage. Today I was so grumpy, feeling sorry for myself for gaining weight and not moving. I did this before bed, felt amazing and refreshed! Sometimes I forget how amazing a workout feels after.

I-m sooo glad I found your workout I have gallbladderstone and Surgery is expensive I couldn-t do any abdominal workout or even tuck in my tummy it hurts but yours it-s so perfect I just want to keep moving
